The warm weather is here. Are you heating up your restaurant marketing?
Independence Day certainly comes to mind first when thinking of a July holiday, yet there are many more opportunities for marketing special days to your bar and restaurant customers throughout the month of July.
Let’s take a look. Shall we?
For the record, July happens to celebrate several occasions all month long. There is National Ice Cream Month, National Hot Dog Month, National Grilling Month, National Blueberries Month, and even National Horseradish Month, which is not my favorite, but many of you out there love Horseradish.
For the fast food lovers, there is even a Drive-Thru Day. How about that?
For dedicated bar marketing, you should also consider working on days specifically for Piña Coladas, Daiquiris, Tequila, Scotch, Grand Marnier, and Anisette.
Other special days in the month of July will give you some fun and funky marketing opportunities, which tend to work well on social media. Such as, Country music fans will love the National Country Music Day.
Better yet, you could hold a photo contest for Parent’s Day, Bikini Day. or National Hillbilly Day. And don’t forget the ever popular International Kissing Day.
