Grand Opening will be held on September 5th.
The celebration will include exciting giveaways for the chance to win free pizza.
Here’s what is offered:
Buddy’s will also partner with two non-profits for the grand opening: Buddy-to-Buddy, a volunteer veteran’s program, and the Animal Resource Funding Foundation (ARFF), an organization that provides shelters with items to improve quality of life.
During opening week, Buddy’s will donate $1 from every 8-square pizza sold to the Buddy-to-Buddy program, and from Sept. 5-8, any veteran with proof of service will receive a free 4-square cheese pizza when they dine in.
“We appreciate the help we receive from Buddy’s Pizza,” said Buddy-to-Buddy Program Manager, Bill Bryan. “Not only does Buddy’s create public awareness for programs like ours, but also gives us vital funding we need to support veterans in Michigan.”
The new restaurant is approximately 7,000-square-feet with room for 200 guests, including 25 seats on an outdoor patio.
Buddy’s is known to be the “original Detroit style pizza” since it’s debut in the Motor City in 1946.
Famous for their double-stretched crisp dough, Sicilian-style pizza.
