A second Smokies restaurant is close to coming to fruition at the Water’s Edge property on Grosse Ile. Owned by Scott McBeath, Tom Mercurio and their new business partner Larry Cosme, the restaurant will be called Smokies on the Water – with a projected opening of mid-May.
