Olive Garden recently updated their Calamari with a new recipe.
And it’s now served with the chain’s new Spicy Ranch. Initially, Calamari was served with Parmesan peppercorn sauce, but then they began serving it with ranch dipping sauce in 2017.
The new Calamari recipe features tender calamari, lightly breaded and fried, and served with marinara and new spicy ranch sauce for dipping.
The Calamari is currently priced at $11.79 at most Olive Garden locations, although prices may vary depending on where you live.
The new Calamari recipe is available now. Take a look below on how delicious this looks: Yum!
It’s time to plan your lunch or dinner now at Olive Garden so you can taste the scrumptious Calamari.

I was very disappointed with your calamari, why ruin a good thing?
Do not like their new calamari at all. I’ll echo Tony Petrucci’s comment that the previous calamari recipe was so much better. Will not order again.
Absolutely did not care for it. The former recipe was excellent and had a crunchy tasty batter. In addition it was also offered with tentacles. This tasted like pre made commercial store bought stock. Olive Garden “had” the best calamari among not just chain stores but also small restaurants. Go back to what made you prosperous.
. tried a few bite and it was doughy… ended up having to refry it at home which made it decent at least. very disappointed. the old recipe was amazing… brought customers in but this pushes them away.
