Subway offers a lower-carb option with the introduction of new Protein Bowls.
Each new bowl includes a Footlong’s worth of protein plus veggies and sauces, minus the bread.
With prices ranging from $7.49 to $10.49 (may vary), new Protein Bowls are available in the following options:
- Black Forest Ham Protein Bowl: Black forest ham on a bed of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, black olives and spinach.
- Chicken & Bacon Ranch Protein Bowl: Chicken strips and bacon atop lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, black olives, spinach and shredded Monterey cheddar cheese.
- Cold Cut Combo Protein Bowl: Turkey-based ham, salami and on a bed of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, black olives and spinach.
- Italian B.M.T. Protein Bowl: A bed of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, black olives and spinach topped with Genoa salami, ham and pepperoni.
- Meatball Marinara Protein Bowl: Grated parmesan cheese, plus eight meatballs on a bed of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, black olives and spinach.
- Oven Roasted Chicken Protein Bowl: Roasted chicken breast atop a bed of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, black olives and spinach.
- Spicy Italian Protein Bowl: Genoa salami, and pepperoni on a bed of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, black olives and spinach.
- Steak & Cheese Protein Bowl: The Chipotle Southwest Steak Protein Bowl starts with shaved steak and Monterey cheddar cheese piled on top of a bed of shredded lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and green peppers, topped with guacamole and Chipotle Southwest sauce.
- Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Protein Bowl: Teriyaki-glazed chicken strips on a bed of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, black olives and spinach, all drizzled with sweet onion sauce.
- Tuna Protein Bowl: Tuna on top of a bed of fresh lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, black olives and spinach.
- Turkey Breast Protein Bowl: Turkey breast atop a bed of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, black olives and spinach.
