Black Rock Steakhouse serves only Certified Angus Beef steaks that are brought to your table, on a sizzling stone where you become the cook, offering a fun dining experience that is quite unique.

You decide on your choice of meat or seafood, which comes to your table pre-seared and sizzling, placed on top a piece of volcanic granite, heated to a very hot 755 degrees. You get to finish the cooking right at your table.

Your server shows you how to properly slice and cook your meal and explains how long the pieces of meat or seafood need to sear, in order to reach your preferred cooking duration and doneness.

Every bite is as hot and fresh as the first bite.
