For a limited time, you’ll be able to get a Carrot Cake Cookie at Subway.
The brand hasn’t made an official announcement yet, but somehow Instagram account @junkfoodonthego got their hands on a picture.
A typical carrot cake is made with freshly grated carrots and plenty of spices, and sometimes even nuts and raisins. Based off of the picture, it looks like the Carrot Cake Cookie has raisins in them. It’s also topped with some sort of frosting drizzle, which we’re betting is cream cheese-based.

Once you buy these carrot cake cookies and you can hold off a few minutes, it might be worth waiting until you get home to eat them, so you can pop them in the microwave first. They taste even better when they are warm and the icing is nice and gooey.
Since spring is just around the corner, I wouldn’t procrastinate when Subway unveils these new cookies. It is rumored that these delicious little carrot cake treats from Subway won’t be around long.
Although we wish the Carrot Cake Cookies were a permanent menu item, at least Subway has its regular tasty cookie flavors in stock year-round. You’ll always be able to get Chocolate Chunk, Double Chocolate, Rainbow Candy Chip, and White Chocolate Macadamia Nut to end your subway meal with dessert.
